Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process
• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for approved returns.
• The original packing slip must be included inside the return package.
• Once the returned item arrives at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
• A return shipping fee of $5 may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Exchange Process
• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for eligible exchanges.
• The original packing slip must be included in the return package.
• After the item is received, please allow up to 5 business days for the exchange to be processed.
• Additional shipping fees may apply if the exchange is requested due to incorrect order details provided by the customer.
