Shipping Information
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 48h (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after Friday afternoon or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day. During holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
United States Shipping
Orders over $50: 7-14 days — FREE
Standard Shipping: 7–14 days — $10
Other International Destinations
Orders over $80: 10–21 days — FREE
Standard Shipping: 10–21 days — $15
Priority Shipping: 4–9 days — $40
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are available for purchase before their official release. Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship on the expected release date listed in the product description. When you place a pre-order, your item is reserved and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available in our warehouse. You will receive a notification email when the order is shipped.
Discount Codes
All discount codes must be applied during checkout. Please make sure to click "Apply" to update the order total before completing your purchase. Only one discount code may be used per order, and codes cannot be applied after the order has been placed.
Package Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery process is handled by the shipping carrier. In rare cases where a package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved after several days, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Currency
While our website may display prices in different currencies for convenience, all payments are processed in US Dollars (USD) at checkout. Your bank or payment provider will determine the final exchange rate applied to your purchase.
